Also - we can provide all legal NOIM lodgement services and Visa letters of support - if required.
Tell us a little about what you’re looking for, and our Victorian-based team of leading marriage specialists will be happy to guide you from here and make the ceremony and marriage registration process really easy for you – with a ceremony matching your budget and wishes.

Is there anything time-sensitive we should know?

Important Note: If you wish to secure a date to get married in just over one month’s time, your ‘Notice of Intended Marriage’ (NOIM) may initially be lodged with us via mail, email or fax prior to your meeting with us. Contact us to get a copy of this form sent to you. You will, however, still be required to meet with us prior to your ceremony date.
If you are sending the NOIM ahead of your meeting, please fill out the NOIM with as much detail as possible, and ensure that at least one of the parties has signed this and ensure they have their signature witnessed by an acceptable witness. This may include a Justice of the Peace, a Doctor, a Solicitor, a Policeman from your local police station, or an authorised Marriage Celebrant. If you are overseas then an acceptable witness includes a Notary Public, or you will need to visit the Australian Embassy or High Commission.
To send the NOIM via email – please contact us for the specific email address to which you should send your scanned copy of both sides of the filled-in NOIM.
To mail in your filled-out NOIM please send to ‘Marriage Bureau South Yarra’, P.O. Box 575, South Yarra VIC 3141.

N.B. Prior to your ceremony going ahead within the legal waiting period, you will need to make an appointment with us to present all your original identification paperwork in person, and any other required paperwork. All the final details on the NOIM will need to be accurately completed with us prior to the wedding date. The remaining party, who has not yet signed the form, would also need to sign the NOIM in front of the celebrant at the Marriage Bureau – South Yarra.
